Two Star Rewards

Implementation Date: 16/8/10- 29/10/10 (A total of 11 weeks)

Content:

1.Qualification of Two Star à A distributor who sponsor four new distributors within eight weeks’ time with a minimum first order of 100 PV each, and also assist any two of the new distributors or any distributor at the manager level and below to sponsor four new distributors with a first minimum order of 100 PV each.

2.During the implementation period, the participant must persistently achieve the Qualification of Two Star within 8 weeks without any delay.

3.The company will only start to calculate the reward of the participant after its first new distributor place the minimum order of 100 PV.

4.For those participants who assist the Direct Sponsored Distributors at the Manager level and below in completing any sponsor, they must indicate the two distributors’ name and their membership numbers in the registration form where the company will use these details as the assessment basis.

Rewards:

- The Company will issue the product voucher (no PV value) which is equivalent to the amount of sponsorship bonus awarded for 8 weeks persistently.

- Participants who can fulfill said requirements during the implementation period can be upgraded to 6BC directly without further evaluation of the Company.

Terms and Conditions:

- The participant must be the Omni AAA Distributor.

- The participant must apply by submitting the registration form.

- All participants must sign up as Autoship to personal maintain minimum of 100 /200 PV for 6 months persistently.

- All new distributors must attend OPT (Product Training) & OBT (All rewards will only be released after all new members have completed the said courses).

6BC Investment Plan

- Free Personal Maintenance for 12 weeks

- Qualified Manager Ranking for 12 weeks

- 10 vacancies for 3BC (must be assigned within 12 weeks)

Terms & Conditions:

1.The 6BC will not be open to all. Application must be made to the Company In order to participate in the 6BC plan which will be assessed by the company.

2. Application to switch to 6BC is allow for new members within 8 weeks’ time from the date of joining. Once the application is approved, the upline will be entitled for the sponsorship bonus.

3. The company will only allow the member to change the membership status for one time within 8 weeks, eg: a. Preferred Customer/ 1BC/ 3BC à 6BC

4.The company will not accept the change of membership status for more than one time within 8 weeks, eg: a. Preferred Customer/ 1BC à 3BC à 6BC.

Remarks:

For existing member who is being approved for upgrading to 6BC within the period of 16 August to 29 August, the up-line will be entitled for the sponsor bonus.

CEASE B’NUTRI AND NEW PRODUCT RELEASE

We hereby announce that the Company will launch a new generation of meal replacement product which is formulated uniquely with significant effectiveness to replace the current B’Nutri product.

The remaining balance of B’Nutri will be specially offered to B’Nutri consumers in “Super Promotion Package” in December 2009. Only limited stock is available, first come first serve while stock lasts!!

This B 'Nutri promotion is open to existing members so that they could have sufficient stock of B’Nutri for consumption from Jan to Mar 2010, until the new product is launched.
