- Member to pay a deposit of RM10,000 to OMNI AAA, Omni AAA will then issue a DermaliftMachine to member for participation of B'factor Essence Sales Challenge. Terms and conditions applied.

We would like to take this opportunity R to thank all OMNI members for your support in the past. In line with OMNI Global Internet business expansion plan, we would like to announce that effective from 29 January 2011, Saturday, our policies will be revised as below:
1. Product Price Adjustment (Applied Globally)
New product price will be released before 25 January 2011 which will be effective
from 29 January 2011 onwards.
2. Termination of Autoship Price
Distributor Price (DP) is integrated applied to Preferred Customer, Distributor and
Autoship Subscriber .
3. E-Bonus is rewarded to Autoship Subscriber
- Distributor who signs up Autoship for minimum 100PV Personal
Maintenance (every 4 weeks) will enjoy 10% E-BONUS as reward.
- Distributor who commits 6 months Autoship order (minimum 100PV per order per

As announced before, The company has open all banks in Malaysia for paying distributor bonus, however, there is still a large number of distributors yet to provide bank account to the company, in order not to withheld your bonus, the followings will be implemented:
1. Omni’s distributor who has joined for more than three months and yet to provide bank account to the company, please submit a copy of your bank statement/saving account header via fax/post to the company before 29th October 2010.
2. New Omni’s distributor who just joined without providing bank account info, please submit a copy of your bank statement/saving account header via fax/post to the company within 3 months upon joining date.
The company will issue Product Voucher to replace “Withheld Bonus Due to No Bank Account Provided” to distributors who fail to comply the above requirements. The said Product Voucher will be sent to distributor according to address provided to the company (equivalent to address shown in system) where this voucher is only valid for Omni’s product purchase purpose, exchange with cash is not allowed.

Terms & Conditions:
1.The 6BC will not be open to all. Application must be made to the Company In order to participate in the 6BC plan which will be assessed by the company.
2. Application to switch to 6BC is allow for new members within 8 weeks’ time from the date of joining. Once the application is approved, the upline will be entitled for the sponsorship bonus.
3. The company will only allow the member to change the membership status for one time within 8 weeks, eg: a. Preferred Customer/ 1BC/ 3BC à 6BC
4.The company will not accept the change of membership status for more than one time within 8 weeks, eg: a. Preferred Customer/ 1BC à 3BC à 6BC.
Remarks:
